At NOIDS Europe, a trade name of uTrade International B.V. ("we", "us"), we strive to ensure that your products arrive in a timely and safe manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms regarding the shipping and delivery of our products.
1. Shipping Destinations
1.1 We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and a selection of other countries shown at checkout.
1.2 If your country is not listed as a shipping destination at checkout, please contact our customer service team at shipping@noids.co to inquire about possible shipping arrangements.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2.2 During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), order processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
3.1 Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination and order weight. Orders of EUR 349 or more ship free within the EU; orders of EUR 55 or more ship free within the Netherlands.
3.2 Standard shipping delivery estimates: Netherlands 1-3 business days; EU 3-7 business days; UK, US and other international destinations 5-14 business days.
3.3 Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
4.2 If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Shipping Carriers
5.1 We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely, including PostNL, UPS, and local postal services.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 Due to certain legal restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to specific locations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to provide alternative solutions or process a refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (non-EU destinations)
7.1 For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1 If you are a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at shipping@noids.co and we will resolve it.
8.2 Please keep all packaging materials and photograph any damage - it speeds up the resolution.
9. Incorrect Address
9.1 Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing your order.
9.2 If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at shipping@noids.co. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
