What’s Covered?

Our warranty ensures that if your device experiences an issue due to a factory defect or technical malfunction, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Power failures (e.g., lightning, short circuit, power outage, overvoltage)

  2. Improper use (e.g., dropping, incorrect voltage, exposure to unsuitable fluids, improper maintenance)

  3. Normal wear and tear
