3.3 We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 All prices are listed in Euros (or the local currency shown at checkout). For consumers in the EU, displayed prices include VAT. For business customers, VAT treatment (including reverse-charge where applicable) is shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Website.

4.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and a selection of other countries shown at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

5.3 If you are a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For business customers, risk passes upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which also explains how to exercise it, the condition requirements, and the exceptions.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

9.1 These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you reside.

9.2 Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
