Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NOIDS. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@noids.co.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@noids.co.

Shipping

To return your product, please use the return shipping label provided by our customer service team.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@noids.co.
