Return and Refund

This store is operated by NOIDS Europe, a trade name of uTrade International B.V. ("we", "us").

Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order. If the period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Cancelling before shipment

Until your order is fulfilled you can cancel it free of charge from your customer account or by emailing returns@noids.co.

How to return

Request your return from your customer account, email returns@noids.co, or use the model withdrawal form below. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception - hygiene-sealed items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (for example glass beakers, filters, or food-contact accessories with a broken hygiene seal).

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs from a non-standard delivery option you chose), within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Defective or damaged items

Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact returns@noids.co - in that case return shipping is on us.
